On Monday, October 11, 2021, the Lancaster High School golf team won the Class 1A State Golf Championship at Oak Mile Golf Resort course in Laurel Fork, VA.
The team scored a 342 to win the championship, and Claire Beitel and Ben Pittman each shot a 76 (four over par) to tie for second place among individuals.
