Lancaster High School is located in upper Lancaster, Virginia, and serves grades 8-12. Students have the opportunity to complete courses at the Northern Neck Technical Center, the Chesapeake Bay Governor's school, and can earn dual-enrollment credits from Rappahannock Community College through the Early College Academy program.

Lancaster competes athletically in the Northern Neck District of VHSL's Region 1A.
